How to get heard and how to listen, a breakout workshop for youngsters about speaking out and finding the best way of getting heard.
From the perspective of empowering young people to present their messages clearly to achieve the desired result of being heard. Within that there’s an element of understanding the other person – the listener – and the obstacles they experience to being able to listen effectively.
