Dublin Food Co-operative Society Ltd. is member-owned and member run food cooperative, going since 1983 and now in Newmarket, Dublin 8. It’s members seek to make collective decisions by consensus. A committee (the Coordinating Body) organises the management of the organisation and staff members run the operations of the group.

Chair an annual general meeting (AGM) at a time uncertainty related to premises and future location of the coop.

“IT IS RESOLVED, in supersession of all past motions in this regard, that the directors of the society (”The Co-ordinating Body”) are hereby fully authorised to acquire an operating premises for the purpose of carrying on the business of the society.”
