If you discover some who appears disorientated, lost or maybe even suffering from amnesia, you might ask them:

  • Are you ok?
  • Do you know who you are?
  • Do you know what day it is?
  • Do you know where you are?
  • Do you know how you got here?

    Where are you connecting through; is it your web browser or your downloaded program?
  • Which device?
    Are you connecting in via a computer or a mobile/tablet?
  • What mode?
    What mode of fullscreen / or windowed?
    It makes a difference.
  • Who do you see?
    Who are you seeing? Is it in Speaker View or Gallery View?When viewing a screenshare this changes to Standard, Side-by-Side Speaker, and Side-by-side Gallery.
  • When?
    When did you download your zoom program/ application (desktop client). Have you got an old version of the program?
