General Terms

RATE, FEE & PAYMENT
The proposed facilitator fee covers preparation time, printing of materials and handouts (as necessary) and may include time for detailing a client report (see below). Payment is by invoice after delivery of the session.

All prices are quoted net of VAT (at 23%).

OFFERED DATES SHELF-LIFE
Any offered dates indicating availability for session delivery shall generally be held for two weeks from the time of offering (unless otherwise stated). After this two-week period, a revision of proposed session dates may be required.

BRIEFING
The session will be delivered aligned with an agreed brief between myself and you the client.

ROOM & VENUE
Unless otherwise agreed, the responsibility for organising the room and venue for the session sits with you the client.

NOTES & NOTE-TAKING
Depending on the brief, it may be my responsibility to type up session notes into a client report. Alternatively, the responsibility for note-taking my sit with you the client.

HANDOUTS
All handouts printed for the session are copyright to Dave Dunn. Spread them around, but please don’t pass them off as your own.

WEBSITE MENTION
By default, a mention of this work engagement will be listed on my website here: http://dave.dunn.ie/work/

SHADOWING & ASSISTANT
I may seek to be accompanied for the session delivery by an understudy from one of my training courses.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Permission may be sought (from the group during the session) to take photos during the session, for use online (website and social media).

FOLLOW UP, FEEDBACK & TESTIMONIAL
It is possible that I will schedule a six/eight-week follow-up to check in with progress for you and your group. Also, I may ask you for feedback and a testimonial after the session.
