Niteline – Train the Trainer

Niteline is a listening, support and information telephone and web chat service run by and for the students of ITT, ITB, MU, NCAD, NCI, RCSI & TCD and their affiliate colleges.
BRIEF
The session brief was to support the Niteline trainers who provide induction training and support to Niteline telephone volunteers.
The session delivered The Core of Facilitation workshop.
