The session was a mock role-play for an organisation wishing to better understand it’s consultation stakeholders.

My role was to advise on the session design and support the briefing for the small group facilitators. Additionally I supported the small group facilitators from the top of the room during role-play phase of the day (approx 2 hours), before handing over to the lead facilitator for the remainder of the event.

AONTAS has previously consulted with learners to find out about their experience of these services and, because of this, SOLAS has tasked them with the important job of developing this forum.
