Global Philanthropic – Annual Planning Meeting

BRIEF
Facilitate a two-day annual planning meeting of a national Canadian consultancy firm. The planning session was back-to-back with a conference event, The Changing Face of Philanthropy, at which the workshop participants were presenting.
The trick with a session like this, is finding the optimal balancing point between tension and comfort. We need enough tension to honestly bring out the ideas and critical thinking, but enough comfort to have people feeling relaxed, trusted, and listened to.
